Hi, Regie: Unfortunately, I can only offer words of sympathy for your problem,
with, perhaps, this possible suggestion. Maybe, if you re-installed 6.11, it
would work. I don't think it would make any difference whether or not it was a
refurbished unit. The upgrade would be the thing. That's why I am suggesting
that you re-install it, and see if that makes a difference. As I say, apart
from that suggestion, I can only give my sympathy, and say that you'll be in my
