Well, isn't that special! So if everyone is as good as Richard and receiving
messages from the list at the time something is discussed, and if they never
drop anything and if there is no clutter or disorder around them then the whole
world will run smoothly and nothing will ever be lost. Fact is for some people,
for sure for one person who is probably wishing nothing had been said at this
point, there was a probnlem, and Deans threatening approach to push the
customer to buy a new license, and humanware's lack of an attitude towards
assisting the customer with a problem rather than simply selling something more
just wasn't appropriate or in line with their supposed customer focus.
