Hi Everyone, Okay a friend of mine sent me an attachment. When I downloaded it the BN said something about the file being an ASCI file. I said I wanted to save the document as a keyword document. Perhaps this was my first mistake. Then the BN asked if I wanted the file as a braille file or a text file. I chose a Braille file. I named the file with a brf extension. I opened the file and it's in computer Braille. I changed the file extension to txt but that doesn't solve anything. I'm not sure how to fix this issue other than to have my friend resend the attachment to me. It's a book she had scanned in for Bookshare. Any advice would be helpful thanks!
