Estin is having difficulty connecting to the wireless server in the PAT room. The braillenote attempts to connect for several minutes, but has only connected once since the day Tyler was here and set it up. Any ideas? Should I submit a tech request? FYI: Estin is getting an updated device this weekend and will be starting to use it next week. We will try the connection with the new device, hopefully on Monday. Thanks!
