Good morning,
Rhonda Clark's unruly and
unreliable internet service is down again, and she has asked me to post the
following facts and request:

1. she lives in the isolated rural area of Taylorsville, Illinois which is
approximately 60 miles northeast of St. Louis, Missouri.
2. EARTHLINK has no DSL service in Taylorsville.
3. AOL isn't a workable option because its installation program can't be
downloaded to HUMANWARE products, and she isn't currently using a PC.
