Hi.  Yes, I've written to Dean Jackson when I've felt I had a very technical 
problem, or I felt that tech support could only do so much.  Dean has responded 
very well to my inquiries as well.  Unless people have quit, or their hours 
have been cut back, I've talked to Sam, Rocky, Chris, Dan Brown and someone 
named Roberto.  I must like calling tech support, grin.
Anyhow, would Humanware please clear up any misccceptions we may have and let 
us know how things are being improved inthe tech support end of it? Give us 
some insight into what's happening, so we have some understanding.  No one 
wants to judge a situation prematurely without all the facts.  Thanks.
