Theresa, hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong.  I know you have a 
Qwerty Keyboard, so this is what I believe you do.

>From the Main Menu, press U for Utilities.  Press A for Application.  Press K 
>for KeySoft, at the "drive" prompt.  Press Read with T to get into the folder 
>name.  At the "list of folders" prompt, you want Windows.  Press Enter.  
>"Program name?" space down to see bnq.  Press Enter at the Command Line.  Do a 
>reset.

Again, from the Main Menu, press U, A, K, and Read with T.  This time, you are 
looking for usvnb.
