Hi Jim, If it isn't a mechanical problem, maybe it's sticky or something? I know it was always recommended to clean braille displays on braille lites with some kind of alcohol, can't remember the name of it now but it's a type that has less oil in it than rubbing alcohol. But I haven't gotten that far in the manual yet so I don't know if Humanware recommends cleaning theirs in the same way or not, since it does have a different feel to it. Hopefully someone will enlighten us about this.
