Hi! Everyone is right, but there's one final way to do this. When it asks for the start time, just write 5-6 l, and it will automatically say all day. I use the planner all the time. On a Bt, if you want to see what appointment you have inthe future, you can go to Main menu, hit o-chord and just the letter n and enter. It'll tell you when your next appointment is. Very handy. I wish ! there'd be feature that one could toggle on or off, though, on the scheduled day that would say "calendar alert: appointment, or something like that when you turned the unit on. This would come up on a day when there's an appointment. This would be in injunction with the o-chord n and the alarm settings. Thanks for reading. Nancy
