Hello Jessie,
Have you tried checking available memory on the KeySoft system disc? On
my VoiceNote running version 6.11 there is around 7 megabytes free out of
a total size of 8 megabytes. Over time these values drop and aren't freed
up until I do a 456 reset. If your KeySoft system disc fills up, it can
cause all kinds of weird problems and may stop you from opening files.
Maybe one of the list Gurus can explain this behavior. Can you open or
move other large files?
