I had charged my bn MPower and was sitting at 99 percent. I decided to
calibrate the battery. I went to the support information menu and pressed
R. My AC adapter was lugged in. I received the message about the chrge
being started, but nothing else for 24 minutes. I finally gave up. Even
when the mPower was at 100 percent, I could not get the cycle started. It
never started chattering to discharge the battery.
What am I doing wrong? Do I need to start the cycle with a lower percentage
of battery life remaining?
