Hi Everyone, I was reading through the manual on my Braillenote BT running Keysoft 6.11 and it kept locking up in the section that discusses computer Braille. Not in the appendix section in the other section that discusses 6 dot and 8 dot Braille for computer Braille. I'm sorrz I don't know the specific chapter and section numbers. I don't know how to describe it. I'm reading along and the thumb keys and the reading key key commands just stop working. If I try to exit the user's guide sometimes that helps but frequently it only works if I shut off the unit. I'm just curious to know what is occurring and if anyone else has experienced this since upgrading to KS 6.11. I didn't have anything pointed with me to perform a reset so that's why I didn't try that. Thanks for your time and your help.
