This is Joseph. Someone mentioned about mPower's batteries. I would like to ask this person. Did you performed Service Reset? (HW staff does not recommend that.) Did the battery gauge said something like, 'gauge is inaccurate'? If so, you need to recalibrate your unit. Thanks.
