This is Joseph. On the BT units it is h-chord (SPACE with h). For Kurzweil, you can email Paul Hendrichson. I was able to understand most prompts thanks to the User Guide and context help, but some of them came from my prior experiences with Braille Lite. I hope this information may help you.
