Hello Pam and Everyone, Pam, Do not leave your cards in your unit over night or for an extended period of time when you are not using the card or cards because that will drane your battery faster then you can say "LIGHTNING!" Where did you purchase your cards? I do not know anything about taking the cards out before doing a reset! I hope that this helps! I hope to hear from you very soon Pam!
