This is Joseph. For Brenda: The only solution to your problem is to upgrade to KeySoft 6.11 at least. Also, KeySoft 5.x and 6.x have different operating system onboard: 5.x runs under Windows CE 2.12, where as 6.x runs under Windows CE 4.2. Wireless connectivity is supported on KeySoft 6.x and onward. I hope this information may help you.
