Hi Everyone, I wanted to let everyone know my great news! When I received my Braillenote back from rapair in Maz I thought several of my important folders for work were deleted. To my relief I found the folders today complete with the files with all of the information intact. I stumbled upon the missing folders in the directory of the general folder. It's not to late to print out the information for work so that's wonderful news. I apologize to Humanware's staff for blaming them for the problem. So I guess when files are missing look in directories where you wouldn't expect the files to be. I just wanted to share somewhing positive. Lisa
