Hi all, I was under the same impression that Rhonda was, I thought that he was saving the message as a file and wanted to do the renaming.
Backspace with r seems to be a bug as far as renaming folders in KeyMail using 6.11. Enter with r will let you rename a folder though the instructions say backspace with r. One thought that I would like to throw at you all would be, it would really be helpful if people would advise which version of KeySoft they are using as things that work or don't work in particular versions might help us to understand why there might be a problem.
