I have the 6620 and when I contacted cingular about a month ago I was told I 
had to download something which at this point is all so confusing to me for 
some reason.
It also confounds a lot of these techies when you tell them you are using a 
Braille Note pk. They then tell you you have to go to whomever sold you the 
pk as they know nothing about blindness products.
What I would _really like to do is have the cell phone get my e-mails and 
not bother with the pk with this. My main focus for the pk is the gps which 
is going along beautifully.
