I'm writing to say "Thank you" to Dean for straighteing out the mess over my SMA order. Julie Curran from HLumanware Sales Dpt., contacted me and, graciously, processed the order. In the process, I made a discovery. One reason for all the mess is that I never received the announcment from Humanware in which the SMA options were explained. It appears that, when I asked not to be sent "voice" messages, I voided my right to get the E-Mail announcements. Obviously, since I can't hear it, I don't use the speech. Is there a way I can still get announcments? Gratefully KC
