First of all, I hope no one minds this being posted on a BrailleNote list. It is, after all, a part of trying to help a person get some files from her computer to her BN.
Here is what I would do. Go to the start menu and highlight the desired link. Pres the applications key, or if there is no such key, press shift with F10. Arrow up until you hear "properties" and press enter. This should give the location of the files. You may have to press tab once or twice while in the properties window to find the exact piece of information you need.
