Hi, Vicky! I use my BNQT all the time for my email. I am running v5.1 and am downloading as many as 200 to 300 emails a day all at once. Then to keep the speed going for my BN, I read, delete, and move my emails where I want them, but about every 25 emails or so, I go and empty the trash so that the BN doesn't get bogged down. It works quite well for me!
