[Braillenote] Braille Note BT verses the mPower BT18.

Hi Folks:

I have a bit of a quandary.  I nead to understand the differences between the 
mPower BT18 and the PK version of the Braille note family. I understand the 
size issue.  Any help would be appreciated all over the place.
