Hello list: I don't know if this problem has been posted before. I'm sorry if I am asking something that has already been asked. My web pages aren't loading right sometimes. Sometimes my bnbt 32 will just lock up when it is trying to load a page. It's not picky about the page either. I've done a reset where it clears everything out of keysoft disk. So I assume temporary files are cleared. I'm using the ambicom wireless card. I get my email with no problem so I don't think it is a problem with that. I spoke with Chris in customer service today and we tried to fjgure it out. He told me to reinstall keysoft 6.11. I did that and the problem is still there. I tried to call back to report that but the message said customer service was closed and it was about 12 there. I thought maybe it was for lunch but I called back later and got the same message. I didn't understand that. I'm wondering if people are having the same problem with web pages. How can I resolve it? Sharon
