hear is how I back up my files, with in a folder.
lets say that I have A folder name banking on my flash disk.
1 I create a folder name banking on my flash card.
2 press F for file manager.
3press C too copy file, press inter on flash disk.
go to your banking folder press inter, then do dots 3 5, it will say
multiple wild card, press inter
then fine your banking folder on your flash card.
press inter
it will ask do you want to confirm each file.
press N, for no.
after that you can press A or dot 1, then it will copy all files, with out
confirming each file.
