No, the VoiceNote does not have thumb keys on it. Yes, under Options, it has the option of turning them off or on, but I'll tell you that you'll be a much happy camper, if you go to options and hit letter f to turn this off, as it does nothing but cause the VoiceNote to choke and cough.
Every time you do a reset, you have to go to Options and turn off thumb keys. Believe me, it is worth it to have them turned off. I remember before I discovered that these were there, and I could turn them off, I was having to do reset after reset daily, and it was getting rather annoying. After I installed Keysoft 4.02 on my machine and discovered that this was there, and turned them off, my machine ran much smoother. Donna
