[Braillenote] Got an SD; download seems to stall

Hi, all.  I got my SD card today, and have it formatted, and am now 
trying to download the patch both from my 'puter and from the 
BN.  The download seems to start okay, then stall.  On the BN, which 
is just beeping away, It's been at 5 percent for several minutes.  On 
my 'puter, it's at 6 percent, and has downloaded 1.71, and appears to 
have stalled.  Any idea why neither of these attempts to download are working?
