Hello Thomas, First, there was nothing in the original e-mail that I read that mentioned his braillenote, Second, if that was the case, then he should rename the subject to say braillenote not working with pc or need assistance with braillenote. This would be better then the current subject line with nothing in the e-mail refering to the braillenote. This is my opinion. Robert
