Hi Stacy, I have a hodgepodge of brands of the cards and they all work. In efforts to save, I usually buy whatever is on sale at Best Buy or COMP-US. The 512's hold a lot of files.So, depending on what I'm usingit for, I sometimes get smaller ones. Good luck KC A
