[Braillenote] speeding up the automatic braille display

Hi Jonathan or Dean:  I know that to speed up the auto advance on the bt18,
you do 1-2-4-5-6, then push the next advance bar, but it doesn't seem to
speed up much.  I hoped I could read faster this way.  Anything I can do to
fix it to go faster?  Patti
