Hi richard, there're two client usb ports and one slave usb port. I suppose that means two 2.0 and one 1.0? that means you can send and receive data with these ports. Unlike the usb ports on the present braillenote PK which can only send Data. You can't use a printer or any device for that matter. So with the new device you can use printers, cellphones, keyboards etc etc. Isaac
