This is Joseph. Given the circumstances, I would
recommend that you try Service Reset. It is performed
by holding down Record buton and pressing Reset button
and releasing them both. The Reset will disconnect the
eledctric current that's connected to the battery and
will reinitialize the connection. It'll also carry out
Hard Reset. CAUTIO: after youperform the Reset, you
should reset the time and date and so on. Also, if you
happen to be editing a document and did not save
changes to it, you'll lose the data. I hope this
