Hello all,
I checked Humanware support and that inside out edgeport 421
multi-interface converter costs $250. This to me is truly ridiculous! If
you like me either print or emboss anything with a BN, you either must keep
your old unit around to emboss documents from a parallel port or pay $250
to get that converter. I truly hope I can find a less expensive work
around but if you need to use a parallel port to print or emboss, you need
to get what they say to get or give up the idea of embossing through a
parallel port. I'm not pleased at all with this arrangement!
Its like it or lump it, too darn bad! Use the serial port if you can, buy
another embosser or simply pay that outrages price!
Yuck! Just thought you should know if you share my concerns!
