Hi Everyone, Quick update on the Braille display issue. The dots seem to come and go. Usually when I turn the unit off for a few hours and return to turn it on the extra dots are sticking up but they go back down briefly after the unit is on. The noise with that dot 2 pin cell 4 still continues sometimes. Now I have these email errors. It took several attempts for me to download 14 email messages. Some were from this email list and some were from another email list. Prior to this afternoon I have not received email error messages like this. The error messages I received were as follows:
error invalid header format error 10060 error communicating with server The first error message listed is the one I received most frequently. I called Earthlink tech support but they were not able to help me. I'm wondering if my BN's days are numbered if it needs to go to California sooner than I thought. Should I delete and recreate my email database? If so I'm not too clear on the correct instructions. I know I need to empty that my email folder. Thanks for your help and your time. Lisa
