Good Evening, I know we've talked about syncing the BN and the computer a lot, but I'm having some difficulties. I just got my new computer running windows xp professional and microsoft outlook 2003. I installed active sync program from the disk to the computer. I then installed keysync from the disk. I can connect and synchronize files but not contacts. Since I never used keysync because I had windows 98, and my Cd came with 4.0. I used the keysync program from the CD from one BN at school. Does this matter? WHEN I tell it to syncrynize I get a message about installing the latest version of active-sync on the desktop. Obviously I'm missing something. Thanks for your help.
