I don't think anyone is paying attention to what I'm saying.  My instructor 
knows nothing about the Humanware products.  She owns her computer and is 
entitled to refuse to accept whatever she wants.  Now, my position.  The 
BrailleNote has a software problem.  This is something that Humanware should 
repair.  This device cost five thousand dollars so is it too much for me to 
expect and get good software? Additional problems: 1.  Can't send attachments 
to friends with operating systems lower than 6.11
2.  Can't send long messages.  Over three pages and they begin to garble.
3.  expecting to have these problems repaired either with a patch or with 6.11. 
 It didn't happen.
I really don't care what my instructor wants! I want my software issue 
addressed and fixed.
   Now all of you can feel that your solution to my problem is the correct one, 
but the solution is for Humanware to fix the software.
