This is just a thought, but shouldn't hurt anything.

When it asks you to change the device name, do so and let it create the 
partnership.  

After that, you should be able to disconnect your bn and then restart 
activesync on the pc end only.  This might clear the "disabled" from the delete 
partnership 
box and then you could delete each partnership in turn until they're all gone.  

It's kind of a back door way into the delete partnership dialog, but might at 
least be worth a try.
