Hi Kathy, You will find that there are restrictions in KeySoft 6.11 as to how big email and address list databases and spelling dictionaries can be before you either start experiencing sluggish performance or some sort of exception error. This is due to the fact that we are bringing you modern functionality that requires more memory, on an older machine. This limitation will vary depending on what you have done since your last reset and what tasks you are switching between but generally speaking, there is only about 1 MB of free RAM once KeySoft is running.
