Hi Peggy and list. I had the same problems on every occasion when I was in New
York hotels. It was especially discccerting when I had free wireless at the
Crowne Plaza! I called tech support, and they said to call the desk to see if
there was any code I needed, or something like that. Anyway, I would suggest
that Pulse Data test the wireless capability as soon as they arrive at the
Rivierra, and let us know how this works when people come to Keyshop and at
their booth inthe exhibit hall. They should even have this information at
their workshop Monday. From what I've observed, Peggy Kern is an excellent
Braille Note user and even has wireless at home. I hope that most tech support
people are testing this often in their everyday use and trying to come to
their own conclusions which I'm sure they're trying to share with us. I
never did get the darn thing to work. I was told to try it from somewhere else
inthe hotel, but I wanted to do it inthe comfort of my room, for goodness
sakes! Anyway, try to put some info on this list and in your future
newsletter. Thanks in advance.
Nancy
