Kathy, At what point do you start having the problems? One thing that I'll mention is once you have the url copied to the clipboard, and you're ready to venture off to Keyweb with the function key and s, you want to hold the function key down until you hear Keyweb.
Just do the control v to paste the url in, and then press enter.
