Hi list:
I am very interested in your thoughts about terminology. When I got my
VoiceNote BT back from Humanware, and turned it on, it said "operation
completed successfully". I know all of you know this, because some of you
talked me through it. It seems to me that there should be a defined meaning of
"successful" since when you see the word, you know you are corrupt.
The other question I have is what setting most of you run on in setup options.
If any of you write in KeyWord, do you need to retranslate to send out your
documents? I'm asking in behalf of a student I'm working with.
She's had her BN for two years, and has never had to translate any of her
documents for the courses she is taking. Since the middle of April, her
documents have become separated with exclamation marks, followed by new lines,
then the rest of the sentence disappears.
When she called Tech support, she was told she would have to translate all of
her documents when sending them. They told her she should have been doing this
all the time, that she was lucky if she hadn't had to. What is your experience?
Thanks in advance for any information.

Sincerely,
Rhonda Clark
