Hi: - the web site addresses within your office's newsletter are probably embedded as hyperlinks making it easy for an employee to just click on that hyperlink withi the newsletter document whereupon you are automatically transported to that designated web page. Unfortunately, the hyperlink in that document is not actual text so is probably why you are seeing only blank lines within your transferred document. You will need to delete the hyperlink code, and type in the web address, and then re-save the document before transferring it over to your BN.
