Hi Everyone, Okay I deleted the email database and recreated it. Now the Web browser is having trouble. I can go to a Web site like Bookshare for example. It downloads the page fine. Then when I click on one of the links the BN gives an error message saying that the server cannot be found. I have tried this with various Web sites such as ACB, NFB, and NLS just to try out some other sites. Google is the only site so far that works after I click on one of the links.
The email saga is better not completely great. I'm receiving two error messages when I try to check for email. error 1002 or error 10060. The first one I receive when I know the router needs to be reset. The second one is a new error message I haven't seen before. My email is downloading okay when it chooses to be downloaded and it isn't duplicating itself anymore. I was receiving the no subject anonymous messge earlier this morning. I haven't received that in my inbox since I installed Keysoft 6.11. I'm calling my ISP tomorrow and see what they say. Right now I feel like I'm gambling every time I try to check email or surf the Web. Any ideas would be great! Thanks for your time and your help. Lisa
