This is Joseph. Probably it got something to do with
the memory. Also, about the KeyWord. You'll lose data
if you were editing a document and the BN freezes. For
more information, see Appendix C on the User Guide.
For Flash Disk, try Reset with dots 4-5-6. That'll fix
the problem. (before you perform dots 4-5-6 rest, I
recommend doing dots 1-2-3 reset.) If these methods
does not work, you should reinstall KeySoft 6.11. If
that doesn't fix it, you should send the VoiceNote
back to HumanWare so they can investigate it. (I would
recommend sending an email to Dean Jackson might work.
He knows everything technical about BN.) I hope this
