What kind of file is it? Is it simply a file with names and addresses that you typed in? Is it a Grade II file? I believe Ms. Stageberg is correct. If this document is simply a Braille Lite file there is no easy way to do what you want to do. You could save the file with a .brf extension, and then the BN could open it and will know not to apply double grade II translation to it, but I do not think that you will be able to use it any other way.
