Hi Pam,

It sounds like what you are seeing are HTML Emails.  You will need to save 
these as HTML documents and open them in Key Web.

What happens when you try to read it? I don't know if this is the problem in 
your case, but I've noticed that most forwards from AOL users are almost 
impossible to read on the bn.  They appear as attachments on the bn and the 
messages are embedded within a bunch of symbols.  I've tried forwarding these 
to myself and picking them up on the PC but by that time they are completely 
messed up.  Anybody else notice this and is there a fix for it?
