Regards, Stan
Greetings listers. Recently I took the liberty of having my 32cell
braillenote bt at Humanware's facility in Concord. While my unit was there
I had them install keysoft 6.11. My unit was returned on Thursday with no
problems. I had the disply cleaned because I noticed that one of the dots
was missing in the decimal point in the manual. Whether the decimal point
was in the third cell or fifth cell or the sixth cell the lower dot of the
decimal point was missing. I've tried using the cursor routing keys to
eleviate the problem to no avail. I've even tried exercising the braille
display with no results. I have a strange feeling that I'm going to have
to send the unit back. Any suggestions that you folks have would be
appreciated. Since I used to live in the Concord area, It would almost be
cheaper for me to fly there and deliver the unit personally.
