Hello Shelly: Humanware maintains a list of compatible wireless adapters on their website. The one I use is an Ambicom WL1100c. It is the size to fit in the rear compact flash slot. I paid $55 with shipping from Amazon.
If your talking about linking into a University wireless campus network, make sure that they aren't requiring any special security protocols in order to connect. Some Universities are now using a type of domain level access control that won't work with the BrailleNote family. I've been working for more than a semester with Texas Tech in order to have them create a hole for our BrailleNote access. hth Jeff
