Hello Penny,

The behaviour you're describing here is very much symptomatic of the wrong Wifi 
credentials having been entered.  Ensure that all security is disabled at the 
router end before trying to connect with the BN.  At that point, you can start 
turning security features on in the router's configuration screens and 
adjusting the connection configuration you have created in Keysoft accordingly.
