I don't have a PK, so I don't know if this advice will work. If it doesn't, I hate to say this, but it may be in the keyboard itself. Hopefully, this will help you.
To return to two handed mode, switch your BrailleNote PK on by pressing C 4, then immediately hold down ENTER, and keep holding it down until KeySoft starts normally.
